This hoppy, bitter with a slight black malt flavor is an amazingly complex beer that any IPA fan will come to enjoy and appreciate. 21st Amendment Takes Gold at the World Beer Cup in Chicago
The 21st Amendment Brewery took a gold medal with their "Imperial Jack" in the "other strong beer category" at this year's World Beer Cup as part of the Brewers Association's Craft Beer Conference this year in Chicago, Illinois. Imperial Jack was a collaboration beer brewed with Richard Brewer-Hay of the nano-brewery, the Elizabeth Street Brewery. The Imperial Jack is an imperial ESB that beat out 44 other beers in the "Other Strong Beer" category 11.
21st Amendment Co-Founder Nico Freccia and Richard Brewer-Hay were on hand to accept the medal from Brewers Association President Charlie Papazian.

"Brewers Sunday Tea" this Sunday, February 14th, from 11:30 until 3:30. Join us at the 21st Amendment where we answer the question. "What do Brewers do on Sunday?" Taylor from Fatted Calf will be on hand to grill up some delicious sausages made with strong beer month beer heavy weight contender "Imperial Jack." We'll also be pouring beers from the great ones, Stone Brewing, Dogfish Head, Elysian and Ninkasi. Come on out and see your favorite brewers enjoying Sunday tea. Get here!
